| Reminder: Please check your front lights on your unit |

Please check the lights in the front of your unit above the garage and the front door. If the light bulbs are out, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to replace the bulbs within 3 days. This needs to be done for safety reasons. Due to the concern for safety if the bulbs are not replaced in a timely manner the unit owner can be fined. Thank you for your cooperation.

| Parking reminder |

Please park in designated parking spaces!
Please remind guests to The Enclave that they must park in lined spaces and not along the curb. Parking along the curb causes a possible hazard in the case of Emergency vehicles needing to navigate our narrow streets.
